Summer has finally arrived here on Cape Cod. My winter daydreams are a reality – early morning long distance swims in Wequaquet Lake, the pleasure of my home flower gardens or
a couple hours at Sandy Neck beach with lunch and a book.
Professionally on Cape Cod, it’s a privilege to share with buyers who are clients or buyers who visit my sellers’ homes the beauty of Cape Cod and how wonderful it is to live here.
It’s a great time to talk about how July and August are strong real estate months on Cape Cod.
Cape Cod inventory is still low. There is a pent-up buyer demand for houses. It’s a good time to sell and a good time to buy – though buying in this market requires thoughtful preparation which I can professionally provide.
You may have family, friends, colleagues or neighbors who might be thinking about buying or selling a home on Cape Cod. If so, I would love to meet with them to discuss their questions or needs. I look forward to hearing from you about your Cape Cod buyer or seller referral. I am also part of a great nationwide network to help with referrals off-Cape.
There is no better place to live. There is no better time to think about real estate.
By the way, when you’re on the Cape please consider a couple of my favorite Cape Cod destinations. One of the them is The Brown Jug in Sandwich Village where you can enjoy hors d’ oeuvres, pizza and wine in the private outdoor patio cafe. A bit of Europe in Sandwich! Another must visit is Nauset Ice Cream in Eastham. Scrumptious and just a “cones-throw” from the National Seashore!
I hope your summer brings you the best of times for rest and play.
